Ordering and Cancellation
- Catering orders should be placed Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm.
- Two days advance notice for all orders. Please place your order as early as possible.
- Sapori will try to accommodate any last minute request but may be subject to an additional charge.
- 24 hour notice is required to cancel an order without penalty.
- Same day cancellations will result in a 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations of special events require at least 7 days notice. Less than 7 days notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will be charged 75% .
- Order Form must be completed on-line or printed out blank and faxed.
Payment
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You may pay by cash, however a credit card is required at the time of ordering.
- Corporate accounts are welcome. Contact us for application.
- Special events require a deposit.

- There is a 15% service charge applied on all orders and 7% New Jersey State Sales Tax.

- We provide customized menu planning to meet your needs.
- We work within your budget.
- We have a professional staff complete with chefs, waiters, bartenders, coat check attendants and kitchen staff.
- We will be happy to take care of ordering the rental needs including: china, glassware, silverware, linens and furniture.
- Our photo shoot and corporate meals are served in disposable platters and chafing dishes
