Sapori Dream Foods derives from the vision of Laura Zaccheo. She has 20 years of creative food preparation, concept development and culinary management experience. In Laura's 20 years, she has created dishes for parties from 20 people to 2500 people. She has been told that she possesses a magical touch when she creates her dishes. Her response is "Preparing food comes from my heart".

Laura Zaccheo was born in Rome, Italy where she started out in culinary school. She began her career working as a chef on the Roman Coast. Shortly after, she opened her own bistro in the historical center of Rome. Laura expanded her culinary craft working in the Caribbean and finally she fulfilled her dream to come to New York.

When Laura arrived in New York she procured a position as Executive Chef with one of the top catering companies. Laura catered to the fashion and entertainment industry, servicing some of the top photographers, actors, and singers in the business. During the ten years she worked in New York, she received acclamation for her food.

Our goal at Sapori Dream Foods is to respect your nutritional needs with great taste and beautiful presentation of food. We will only use first quality ingredients to give you the best for your event.

Sapori is a full-service catering and event planning company, composed of a highly organized team. We are driven to create inspired events with structure and individual character.
